My son and I took the Waikiki Trolley tour to Diamond Head. Our trolley driver/guide was “Kay”. She is very knowledgeable and friendly. She is the perfect guide for the trolley tour. The day after my son and I took the tour, we took my husband to some of the same sights. My son, recalled most of the information that was discussed during the tour. My son is 6 with ADHD and he was interested enough to remember the tour. That says a lot. Aloha and thank Kay for us.

my family and I were in Honolulu/Waikiki earlier in January. We had chosen not to hire a car here and used the Waikiki Trolleys as our main way of getting around…
We enjoyed the service, the sites were spectacular and we loved the information shared by the trolley drivers. The drivers also seemed very happy to answer any of our questions and to point us in the right direction once we departed them. Your service really did contribute to us having an enjoyable stay and as a family we would all like to say mahalo!

I just recently visited Waikiki, my mother and I purchased two 4 day trolley passes. I would recommend the trolley to anyone. My mother and I enjoyed the trolley so much. They made our Hawaii experience extra special… Our two favorite drivers were Derrik and Betty. I really hope I can go to Hawaii again and if I do I will definitely purchase a trolley card again. Kanilehua was our guide last Wed. for a Waikiki Trolley trip along the coast. She was wonderful! Great interpreter! Told many stories and the history behind what we were seeing. Very social and made our trip wonderful!

We met the most WONDERFUL trolley operator thru your service. Her name was Pua ( I believe — all I can say for sure is it was translated as flower, then heavenly!). I have to say, she has been the most enjoyable tour guide I’ve seen in ages. I don’t believe I’ve ever met a more sincere and dedicated guide. We felt almost like she was a friend we were visiting in Honolulu. Loved her!
Please pass along a hello to her and let her know what a great time we had riding the Red Line Trolley around the city with her! The little scented flowers were an extra nice touch!

We flew in to Chicago yesterday after enjoying a wonderful few weeks in Oahu. We have visited Hawaii many times (and lived in Kailua in the mid seventies) and keep returning because of the people who are so kind, interactive with others, and make our stay the best, and for the traditional Hawaiian music and the inclusive and humane musicians. We appreciated all who drive the pink line and those working ‘on the ground’ with the customers. Tanji is a special asset to the Pink Line as he is always cheerful, pleasant and interactive with the customers, and is so very competent in the job that he does. Thank you for providing the Pink Line – as it has added a lot of fun to our travel in Hawaii.
