GREEN LINE: Sunset on the Beach is a popular, free evening event, capped off by movies viewed on a 30-foot screen set up in the sand. Flicks feature quality films for the whole family to enjoy including the latest Pixar movie, action films and romantic comedies. But movies aren’t all the event is about.
Live music, hula and a variety of food booths set up by local restaurants provide everything from shave ice and plate lunches to mainland style pizza for all to enjoy. Chairs and tables are provided for dining and viewing. Simply show up and have a seat with your friends and family.
The next free performance is schedule for Saturday, June 5th with popular Hawaiian recording artist Keali`i Reichel.
Food booths open at 4:00 p.m., with live entertainment kicking off at approximately 5:00 p.m. Movies start about “sunset time” (around 7:00 pm) and are subject to change.
