Question: Are there any limitations to getting on and off the trolleys?
Answer: With a vaild pass, your reboarding privileges are unlimited. Stay on or get off at any stop you want at any time.
Question: Can I eat on the trolleys?
Answer: Sorry, no eating, drinking or smoking on board any of the trolleys.
Question: Do I have to use my 4-day pass on four consecutive days?
Answer: Yes. Due to logistical issues, we require our passengers to use their passes on a consecutive basis.
Question: Does the trolley go to Pearl Harbor?
Answer: Unfortunately, the Waikiki Trolley does not go to Pearl Harbor. However, there are alternatives. You can book a Pearl Harbor Tour through our sister company, E Noa Tours. ( see website )
Question: Can I get off at Hanauma Bay?
Answer: Yes, but this is a picture stop only. If you are riding the Blue Line and wish to spend time at Hanauma Bay, you must disembark at the Hawaii Kai Towne Center stop and catch a shuttle or cab to Hanauma Bay. Also, please remember that Hanauma Bay is closed on Tuesdays.
Question: Where can I find assistance?
Answer: There are Waikiki Trolley Customer Service Representatives located at five stops throughout the Honolulu area. Customer Service Representatives are available at the following locations:
DFS Galleria Waikiki: 8:00AM - 10:00PM (Sundays and Holidays: 8:30AM - 9:00PM)
Ala Moana Center (ocean side): 9:30AM - 9:30PM (Sundays and Holidays: 9:30AM - 4:30PM)
Hilton Hawaiian Village: 9:30AM - 4:30PM

Question: Do you have any trolleys that are equipped with a wheelchair lift?
Answer: Yes, we have trolleys that are equipped with a wheelchair lift. At least one of these trolleys operate on all of our lines. However, since there is only one wheelchair lift-equipped trolley per line, these trolleys come by longer than any of the other trolleys.
